Chevy Impala Security Light Stays On. I have a security issue with my 2002 chevy impala. Security light on 2003 Chevy Impala Issues with the Security light car not starting. Yesterday after work that did not work. The 2002 Chevrolet Impala has 10 problems reported for security light stays on blows fuse.
After 10 minutes the security light will stop flashing and either turn off or stay on steadily. 2004 Impala the security light It means there is a security issue with the vehicleMost likely your passlock sensor in your ignition switch is sending the bcm false voltage readings causing the light to come onYou may want to get this checked out because it could leave you stranded if the sensor gets worseAnother issue could be the bcm is getting wet from a water leak in the vehicle. What would be the best thing I can do to solve my problem. Why is my security light coming on my 2015 Chevrolet Malibu and it wont start. Its preventing me from starting the the engine with the key. Ok this technique has worked for me not many people know of the cars vehicle settings that they can access through their factory stereo system.
If it does not start or dies very quickly after it started then leave the key in the ignition in the ON position and wait 10 minutes.
